Q
How does a push back rack system work?
Jracking Push Back Rack is composed of pallet racks combined with nested trolleys on an inclined guide rail (approx. 2°). When loading, the forklift pushes the initial pallet back to place the next one. On retrieval, gravity brings the rear pallets forward smoothly to the pick aisle.
Q
What is the standard configuration and loading capacity?
The push back system typically forms 2 to 5-pallets-deep configurations. The single pallet loading capacity is rated for under 1000kg, with bay weight capacities engineered between 500kg and 5000kg based on specific storage requirements.
Q
Does the forklift need to drive inside the racking system?
No. Forklifts operate only from the front aisle and do not need to enter the rack lanes. This design protects the upright structures from impact and substantially increases operating safety and cycle efficiency.
Q
Can push back racks be customized for cold storage applications?
Yes. Push back racks are extensively used in cold storage and food beverage applications. Custom sizes, inclined rails, specialized steel grades, and powder-coated finishes are tailored to cold warehouse conditions.
Q
What quality and industry certifications do your products hold?
Our storage racking systems strictly comply with global quality and engineering standards, certified under CE, Australian standard AS4084-2012, ISO, and American RMI specifications.
Q
Are free samples and OEM services available?
Yes, OEM services are fully supported for custom dimensions and branding. Free component samples are available upon request, with delivery costs covered by the buyer.
