Are you a manufacture or trading company?
We are a manufacture. Our factory has been specializing in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks, and different kinds of display stands since 2001.

Where is your factory located? Can I visit?
Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.

What is your delivery time and payment terms?
In general, delivery is within 15 days, depending on the order quantity and shelving design. Our payment terms are a 30% deposit upon signing the PI, with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery.

Can you customize products according to design requirements?
Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves. Samples are also available at any time; we charge a sample cost which will be returned during the next order.

How do I install the racks?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also provide engineer support to guide you free of charge.

What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference is the upright structure. A main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack is the continuation rack with only 1 upright. For instance, for a row of 15 connected wall racks, the configuration consists of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
