QWhat is your delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery generally takes 10 to 15 workdays upon receipt of deposit, depending on order quantity and design. Payment terms are 30% deposit upon signing, with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery.
QHow do I install the warehouse racks?
We provide detailed installation instructions and video guides for every shelf type. If needed, we can also arrange engineers to guide you free of charge.
QWhat is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference is the number of uprights. A main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack is an extension featuring only 1 upright. For instance, a run of 15 wall racks consists of 1 main rack + 14 add-on racks.
QHow are the racks packed for international delivery?
Shelves and accessories are flat-packed using air bubble film and corrugated cartons for maximum safety during export shipment. Wooden boxes can also be customized upon request.
