What are the MOQ and tooling fee policies?
- MOQ: Jracking has no strict MOQ limitation. However, higher volumes provide better pricing; we recommend standard order quantities that fit at least one 20ft container (approx. 15 tons).
- Tooling Fee: If custom tooling is required, costs are charged prior to opening new molds and are eligible for partial or full reimbursement once designated order quantities are met.
