1 Are you a factory or trading company?
We are factory which is established in 1998 with more than 300 workers.
2 What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for less than 500pcs, 3-7 days is standard. For customized models, the delivery date depends on quantity, generally 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM (approximately 9 containers).
3 What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is the upright configuration. The main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights, and the add-on rack is the connecting rack configured with only 1 upright to attach to the existing system.
4 What is the term of payment?
40% deposit, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card, Alibaba platform, and TT payments are welcome.
5 What if you encounter problems during installation?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, our engineers can assist via phone, FaceTime, or video. For large mezzanine or complex warehouse projects, we can provide professional installation team support and technical guidance.
6 What is the product warranty?
Our products come with a warranty ranging from 3 years to 5 years.
