Yes. Systems are packed for ocean freight in 20 ft and 40 ft containers and shipped to major North American ports such as Los Angeles/Long Beach, Houston, Savannah, New York/New Jersey and Vancouver. FOB and CIF terms are standard, and delivered options can be discussed per project.

Can you provide load ratings in pounds and feet?

Yes. Layouts and load tables can be issued in both imperial (lbs, ft, in) and metric units so your team, installer and engineer of record can review them without conversion.

Do you support permit and seismic review for North American projects?

We supply structural calculations, component specifications and shop drawings for each project. These documents are prepared to support review by your local engineer of record, who stamps drawings and confirms seismic and permit requirements for your jurisdiction.

How fast can I get a layout and quotation?

Send your building dimensions, clear height, pallet size, pallet weight and forklift type. Our engineers typically return a CAD layout, 3D rendering and itemized quotation within 24 hours.

Is racking compatible with standard 48 x 40 inch GMA pallets?

Yes. Beam lengths, frame depths and pallet supports are sized around 48 x 40 inch GMA pallets as well as custom pallet and container sizes used in your facility.

Custom tube metal fabrication is the process of adding operations such as cutting, piercing, bending, reducing, expanding and forming to raw tube metal to meet the part specifications in accordance with customer’s design.

We work with a variety of metal such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and aluminium and etc. with the different tubing shapes of round, square, rectangle, oval and etc. We are specializing in small and medium diameter tube fabrication and our typical size tube is between 10mm O.D. to 80mm O.D. The wall thickness of the tube can range between 0.5mm to 4mm.

Packaging & Shipping

Strictly in accordance with our customers' specific instruction on packing.

We can package for retail if needed.

If no any specified, generally we would recommend that the parts to be packaged by poly bags, then put in cartons and finally to be on pallets.

The gross weight of one carton is no more than 22KG and pallet size try to approach 120cm X 80cm (Europe size) and 42"X42" (US size).

The package is seaworthy and suitable for export. The wooden package material shall be steamed with the certificated and stamped by CCIB.

Q1 Can we have customer references who we can contact for their experience with your quality?

Generally, we have confidential agreements with our clients, especially from the USA and Europe; they do not allow us to disclose our cooperation to any third party. We must honor this commitment and cannot provide customer references. Thank you for your understanding. In fact, we regularly ship large volumes of products to the USA, averaging 2 to 3 20ft containers per month.

Q2 How do you manage revision changes in design, either initiated by the customer or by your own cost down initiative?

We maintain strict document control. A record is created every time an engineering drawing is revised, and older versions are recalled or destroyed upon release of a new revision. For production drawings, we require written sign-off and approval from our customer or their engineers prior to manufacturing.

Q3 What countries do you ship to internationally?

We ship worldwide, including to the USA, UK, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Germany, Denmark, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia, Israel, South Africa, and more.

We work with carbon steel, high-strength alloy steel, stainless steel, abrasion-resistant steel, and aluminum. Unless specifically requested otherwise, our engineering team can propose equivalent China National (GB) standard materials converted from ANSI, ASTM, SAE, EN, DIN, BS, or JIS standards to help optimize raw material costs.
